Let's Expect Another Lawsuit From Apple

Why would people have incentives to fight in the court for intellectual property while spending huge lawyer fees?

One origin could be the competitiveness of modern world. The population keeps growing. The cost of innovation keeps growing. There are much more doctors and masters than in the past. But much smaller step is pushed forward. The return to our input of time and effort keeps diminishing. In order to make a new discovery in the field of physics, a scientist has to spend years acquiring the knowledge needed. Then the government spends millions of dollars for the equipments, and another years of research might result in a new discovery.

One might ask how creative would our world become when Apple has issued its third generation of IPAD with almost identical appearance and function as the former generations. Don't forget it is the "most creative" company in the world. Steve Jobs once said it's vital for an IT company to have an engineer as its CEO rather than a lawyer or businessman. Ironically, his succecor acted as CFO before. What's more interesting is, Jobs started his business in a role of business management, while his partner contributed mainly to the core competitiveness of their products. What can we expect from Apple? Lawsuits over other firms? This could be a good example of monopoly stemming from lack of creativity. New IPAD has been announced as the greatest product by Apple and let's expect another infrigement case.
